Some of these deaths are likely to be SUDEP
If you browse the wikipedia page list of people with epilepsy, there are comments about some of the circumstances their deaths. Had an autoposy been done on these people several of them would most likely be classified as SUDEP. Of course we cannot say for sure, but when the description of the death is described as "sudden" and "unexpected", or while sleeping, well I know what conclusion I would come to
